However, very few people actually know how and where to go to have plain clean fun. To most Zimbabweans fun is meeting up with your mates, look for a couple or more bars to hop and skip to, drink until you are senseless, make noise with your car engine until, well your car breaks down or something, braaing etc.
What most of my colleagues do not know is that there are plenty of places in Zimbabwe where one can have clean fun without compromising your integrity or humanity.
Below i am going to list about two (2) places (more to come) you can go to have fun with the guys or as a family:
1. Raintree venue
This venue is known to most as one of the most expensive wedding venues in Zimbabwe, but its actually a pretty good picnic venue as well.
Situated in the leafy neighborhood of Umwinsdale in Harare, Raintree is the perfect place to just chill and breathe the fresh air of the countryside. Its so quiet with the music of the river, the birds and the wind serenading you whilst yo relax.

2. Paintball Blitz
If you are looking for rapid fast fun, shooting at your friends, your friends shooting at you. Its located at the Helenics Sports Club just next to Chapman Golf Club.
These guys are also in the process of building a putt-putt field, so looking forward to that.
Its awesome, but be warned, paintball is very physical, exercise before you go, otherwise you will pass out.
